Paul McGuire is a television presenter and radio disc jokey. He initally became known as a PJ on YTV during the 1990s.
YTV Career[]
The first show he was on that was broadcasted on YTV was the game show Clips which he hosted during its run from 1992 to 1996. He was then called by YTV to audition for the morning program block The Breakfast Zone which he secured and co-hosted with Aashna Patel. He was also later made one of the co-hosts of the afternoon block The Zone along with Phresh Phil. Sandra Jackson would join them in 1999.
The duo also hosted Dark Night, an annual block of spooky shows during Halloween which saw the PJs have a more larger budget and production set than what the regular blocks would provide, often having a storyline running through the night.
Following the turn of the century, Paul decided to leave YTV after having spent 7 years with the network as it was moving towards its Keep It Weird focus.
